All serviced excluding single threading appointments require a non refundable deposit prior to booking. Deposit will vary by service and can range from $25 - $100 per service/client.
We require an advance notice of at least 48 hours prior to your service. Any appointment rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will forfeit their prior deposit and must pay a new deposit.
Please call ahead of time if you’ll be arriving at least 10 minutes late. Appointments more than 10 minutes late may have to be reschedules for another day and must pay $25 for the appointment reservation they missed.
No show appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you have more than 2 no show appointments or same day cancellations, we reserve the right to stop offering you services.
* Fills from another salon will be charged based on fullness desired and time needed. In most cases a new set may be required.
If you have a problem with your lash set including excessive lash fall out (10-15 lashes per day), irritation, allergic reaction, etc. You must notify us within 48 hours of your original appointment. We can fix most problems at no cost. In the case of an allergic reaction, we will remove the lashes complementary of any charge, but we do not offer refunds on any services performed. Please ask for a patch test prior to appointment if you have any concerns.
